Was special cell stalking gangster Nadir Shah before and during his murder in Greater Kailash-1 last Sept?

Nadir Shah, a gangster-turned-businessman, was murdered in front of a gym in GK-I, with several Special Cell officers nearby. The Greater Kailash police were kept from investigating, raising suspicions and questions about the involvement or oversight of the special cell.
