Court 'sermons' on divorce cases draw Calcutta HC ire

Calcutta High Court disapproves of trial courts giving unsolicited advice in divorce cases, stating that only the involved couple can judge their ability to reconcile. In a recent case, a trial court had advised a couple to reunite for their son's sake, which the higher court deemed inappropriate.
