UP cops charge dead man, son seeks action

UP police filed a chargesheet in a year-old case involving the alleged killing of two snakes, but it included an accused who died nine years ago. The deceased's son demands action against the investigating officer for this error. The complainant had submitted video evidence showing men killing the snakes.
