Will continue to ‘arbitrate’ despite SIAC rejection: Sony

Sony has voiced its dissatisfaction with the ruling of the Singapore arbitral tribunal, which permits Zee to pursue legal remedies in Indian courts following the cancellation of a merger between Sony's local unit and the company led by Punit Goenka. Despite this setback, Sony intends to proceed with arbitration proceedings against Zee before the Singapore tribunal.
