Uttarakhand disasters kill 100 in 3 months, most in landslides

The monsoon season in Uttarakhand has resulted in nearly 100 deaths and over a dozen people missing. Landslides are the main cause of these fatalities. Flash floods and cloudbursts have also contributed to 44 deaths.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter
