Trapped in Manipur’s ethnic battle, ‘neutral’ Koms can’t find peace

The Koms, Manipur's smallest community, are caught in the crossfire of the ethnic battle between the Meiteis and Kukis. Despite their neutrality, the Koms have been targeted by both sides, with their faith and small population making them vulnerable. The distrust from both communities has left the Koms without shelter in relief camps and unable to travel to either the valley or the hills.
