Supply of 1 BHK shrinks in Mumbai metropolitan region

The demand for studio apartments in Mumbai is declining as people increasingly seek larger units and amenities. According to property consultants ANAROCK, the number of projects offering studio apartments in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region fell from 115 to 71 in just one year. The pandemic has led to lifestyle changes, remote working, and co-living, which have increased the demand for more spacious homes.
