Sonia, Rahul demand OBC sub-quota, quick implementation

Congress leaders Sonia and Rahul Gandhi have expressed their support for the passage of the women's reservation bill in India. They have also demanded the inclusion of an OBC (Other Backward Classes) sub-quota in the legislation and called for the immediate implementation of the bill without linking it to delimitation.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter
