India suspends visa for Canadians

The Indian government has suspended visa processing services in Canada, citing threats faced by Indian diplomats from Khalistan forces. India has also asked Canada to reduce its diplomatic presence in the country.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter
