Hanging Garden to close down in a phased manner for up to 7 yrs

The iconic Hanging Gardens of Mumbai may be destroyed to make way for the reconstruction of a reservoir underneath. The plan, estimated to take up to seven years, involves demolishing and rebuilding the reservoir, as well as cutting down and transplanting around 350 trees.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter
