Drones, copters deployed as forces encircle 2 TRF terrorists

Two terrorists responsible for the killing of two Army officers and a J&K police DSP were engaged by security forces in a seek-and-kill operation in the village of Gadool in south Kashmir's Anantnag district. Drones and helicopters have been deployed to assist in locating and neutralizing the terrorists, who are affiliated with The Resistance Force, a shadow group of Lashkar-e-Taiba.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter
