Hizbul terrorist’s brother waves tricolour in Sopore

Rayees Mattoo, the shopkeeper from Sopore in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district, who is the brother of a most-wanted terrorist of Hizbul Mujahideen, Javid Mattoo alias Saqib, waved the Indian flag from his window on the eve of Independence Day. In a heartfelt video, Rayees urged his brother to surrender and join the mainstream, expressing his love for the nation and how the innocent people were no longer unnecessarily harassed due to terrorism.
