Krishna Kumar Shukla thanks his stars that he decided to move from coach B5 to B6 of the Jaipur-Mumbai Super Fast Express to catch a nap early on Monday. The AC coach attendant woke up to the sound of gunfire and from a distance of barely 10 to 15 feet saw the bloodied corpse of RPF assistant sub-inspector Tikaram Meena and gun-toting constable Chetan Singh standing next to it in the passage of coach B5.
