2 more held for ragging death amid buzz over sex harassment

Two Jadavpur University (JU) students were arrested on Sunday and charged with murder over the death of a fresher, taking the total number of arrests in the case to three. Deepsekhar Dutta (19) and Manotosh Ghosh (20) are the first students to be arrested in connection with this case. The earlier arrested person, Sourav Chowdhury, is a former student.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter
