Woman beaten for feeding cats receives 32 stitches

A 23-year-old animal feeder from Bhuleshwar, Simrin Shukla, was assaulted allegedly by her neighbours over the issue of feeding cats. She has received 32 stitches on her arm due to the attack on Friday night. The V P Road police has filed a cross-complaint of her neighbours, the Mishra family, who alleged that they too were assaulted by some men on behalf of the feeder and others.
