Seba HSLC Result 2023: Assam 10th result to be released today

The Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) announced the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) results, showing a remarkable upsurge in pass percentage by 14%. With 72.69% overall pass rate, boys scored 74.71% and girls achieved 70.96%. These results surpass both last year's record low and pre-Covid performance.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter
