The petitioner was friendly with the accused since 2016. In 2018, she married another man and had a child. On October 7, 2022 her drunk husband mercilessly beat her and their minor son. She phoned her former boyfriend around midnight. He asked her to come to his place with her son. He promised to marry her and had physical relations with her.
