Four elephants electrocuted

Four elephants were killed when they came in contact with an electricity transformer in Andhra near the Odisha border Friday. The elephants included a male, two females and a calf. The electrocution took place near Katragedda village in Bhamini mandal.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter
