Positivity rate tops 25% in Delhi; wear mask: Bharadwaj

With the number of Covid cases steadily rising and all districts of the city in the Red Zone with a high positivity rate, health minister Saurabh Bharadwaj on Monday urged people with flu-like symptoms to wear masks and avoid public places.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter
