3 killed in blast near BRS event

Three people died and seven were injured when firecrackers set off by BRS workers at an event in Telangana's Khammam Wednesday landed on a hut, leading to it catching fire and a gas cylinder exploding. Four of the injured may need to get their legs amputated.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter
