Murder charge on 4 accused in Kanjhawala case

Police have now invoked the charge of murder against the accused who had allegedly hit 20-year-old Anjali Singh in Kanjhawala and then drove their car for several kilometres with the victim stuck under it in the early hours of January 1.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter
