3 engineers suspended, 9 booked for metro crash in B'luru

A day after a woman and her toddler-son were killed after the reinforcement cage of an under-construction pillar at HBR Layout, near Hennur Cross, crashed on them, jurisdictional Govindapura police have identified the contractor and eight officials as suspects and issued notices to them to appear for investigation.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter
