Tihar official suspended over Satyendar Jain row

The superintendent of Tihar Jail number 7 has been suspended after a preliminary enquiry revealed that he had allegedly committed irregularities while Delhi minister Satyendar Jain was lodged in the prison and provided special treatment.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter
