RBI bars Paytm from onboarding online merchants

The RBI has asked Paytm Payment Services (PPSL), a 100% subsidiary of parent company One97 Communications, to not onboard any new online merchants for its payment services.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter
