Anahita couldn’t merge into second lane, says Darius Pandole

Police on Tuesday recorded Darius’s statement at his home in south Mumbai. He was discharged from hospital last week. Police have to record Anahita’s statement, who is recovering in hospital. Police said recording Darius’s statement took a few hours as he could not immediately recollect the accident.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter
