UP to move HC against life term to rapist-killer

​​The UP government will go to the Allahabad HC against a special Pocso court's order sentencing a man to life imprisonment for the rape and murder of a minor in 2019 and seek capital punishment for him.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter
