SC refuses to hear PIL seeking Nupur Sharma's arrest

The apex court last week refused to entertain a petition seeking arrest of Syed Waseem Rizvi alias Jitendra Tyagi and Yati Narasinghanand in the Haridwar dharam sansad hate speech cases. The court had said that such an order cannot be passed in a PIL.
