Oppose bills, don’t stall them: PM Modi

In his farewell speech for Venkaiah Naidu, PM Modi hinted the opposition was stalling legislative business in Rajya Sabha. "This House certainly has the right to agree or disagree to the bills referred from the other House. The House can pass, reject or amend them. But our democracy doesn't envisage stalling the bills," Modi said.
