No caste angle in boy’s death: Rajasthan child panel

After talking to students and teachers, the commission in its report said that the teacher had beaten the child after he had a fight with another student over a drawing book. The teacher slapped both the students. This has been the view of the block education officer and also of the district administration.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter
