Muharram sans Muslims in this Karnataka village

For more than a century now, a village in Belagavi district with not a single Muslim family has been observing Muharram for five days a year. Streets of Hirebidanur village in Saundatti taluk are illuminated with colourful lighting to mark the occasion.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter
