Homeless do not live, merely exist, says Delhi HC; orders rehab

A court should be sensitive when the poor and the deprived knock on its doors for justice, Delhi high court has said, granting relief to five slum dwellers who were rendered homeless due to the expansion of New Delhi Railway Station over a decade ago.
