Girl, 17, stabbed by stalker on way to school, critical

A schoolgirl was stabbed by an alleged stalker in west Delhi’s Tilak Nagar area on Thursday morning. The Class XII student was on her way to school on her scooter when a 22-year-old youth, who lives in the girl’s neighbourhood, intercepted her and after a brief argument, stabbed her several times. The man has been arrested while the girl is in hospital in a critical state.
