Two people were injured in an airstrike, the Ukrainian governor said on Wednesday. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy blasted 'crazy' Russia over striking a chemical plant in Sievierodonetsk. Ukraine has identified several thousand suspected war crimes in the eastern Donbas region where Russian forces are pressing their offensive, Kyiv's chief prosecutor said on Tuesday.
