Section 144 extended in Noida till May 31 amid surge in Covid-19 cases

In the wake of rising Covid-19 cases and upcoming festive seasons, Gautam Budh Nagar police have implemented Section 144 CrPC starting from May 1 to 30 in the district.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter
