PK proposal: A Gandhi to be Congress chief, a non-Gandhi VP

Pollster Prashant Kishor is learnt to have asked Congress to create a post of vice-president who will head the “election task force” to take care of poll management across the country, and who will be attached to the office of the party president. The post should be held by a non-Gandhi while the post of Congress chief should be held by a Gandhi.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter
