Imran loses no-trust vote. Here’s what happens next

After several delays throughout Saturday, the National Assembly finally voted in the no-trust motion at midnight. Pakistan prime minister Imran Khan lost the no-trust vote bringing an end to the political and constitutional turmoil. The opposition was able to secure the required 172 votes to oust Khan.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has ruled that apprehending armed militants qualifies as an "encounter" for reservation benefits for police personnel's children.
