Boy kidnapped for ransom tries to escape, killed

A 10-year-old boy kidnapped for a Rs 15 lakh ransom was allegedly stabbed to death as he tried to escape his three captors. Among the three accused who were arrested on Thursday was the minor boy's cousin, who allegedly held on to his legs as the others pierced the knife into his abdomen and slit his throat.
