2 held for 'death threats' to judges over hijab verdict

Tamil Nadu police arrested two men on Saturday on the charge of issuing death threats to Karnataka high court judges who delivered the 'hijab verdict' on March 15 that upheld a ban on students wearing the Islamic headscarf in class. Kovai Rahmathullah was arrested in Tirunelveli, while S Jamal Mohammed Usmani, 44, was taken into custody in Thanjavur.
