4 of Ahmedabad blast convicts given death were held in Batla case

Four Indian Mujahideen (IM) terrorists arrested in the aftermath of the Batla House encounter were among those awarded death sentence on Friday in the Ahmedabad serial bombings of 2008. Also, four others convicted were involved in the Delhi serial bombings conspiracy that year.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter
