BTech student held for creating hate app

The Intelligence Fusion and Strategic Operations (IFSO) unit of Delhi Police on Thursday tracked down and arrested a 21-year-old youth from Assam's Jorhat district, for allegedly creating the 'Bulli Bai' app on GitHub that enabled people to participate in online "auction" of Muslim women.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter
