Parking fees up to Rs 200 back at New Delhi railway stn

The Northern Railways resumed collecting the “entry fee” from private and commercial vehicles a couple of weeks back to restrict “unauthorized” parking of vehicles causing congestion in parking lanes.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter
