Nagaland civilian deaths: What we know so far

Tension has gripped Nagaland after at least 11 civilians were gunned down by the security forces in the Mon district on Sunday. The exact number of fatalities, and whether they died on spot is yet to be ascertained, a police officer said.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter
