Goa: Two-time BJP Vasco MLA Carlos Almeida to join Cong

Two-times Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Vasco MLA Carlos Almeida, who tendered his resignation as MLA, has decided to join Indian National Congress. Almeida said that he will join Congress today.
