The J&K Delimitation Commission’s proposal to create six new assembly constituencies in Jammu and one in Kashmir division raised the hackles of almost all mainstream political parties in the UT, besides triggering a spat between Sajjad Lone’s J&K People’s Conference and Farooq Abdullah’s National Conference. "The recommendations of the Delimitation Commission are totally unacceptable. They reek of bias," said Lone.
