7-yr-old girl abducted, raped & killed in UP village

A seven-year-old girl belonging to a minority community was kidnapped, raped and murdered in a village in Uttar Pradesh's Moradabad. The girl had gone missing while she was playing outside her house on December 22. Her body was found two days later in a sugarcane field, nearly 2 km away from her house on Friday night.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter
