Param Bir Singh took Kasab’s phone: Ex-ACP

Former ACP Shamsher Singh Pathan, in a letter to the police chief, has alleged that during the 2008 terror attacks, Param Bir Singh, then posted with anti-terrorism squad, took Ajmal Kasab’s mobile phone from the custody of a constable and never returned it. Singh also did not inform his seniors, the letter said.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter
