Himachal Pradesh dismisses senior civil judge for graft

Himachal government, in perhaps the first such instance, dismissed a senior civil judge from Himachal Pradesh Judicial Services after he was indicted for corruption in an inquiry by the High Court of Himachal Pradesh.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter
