Uttarakhand rains live: Death toll rises to 46
According to State Emergency Operation Center (SEOC), Uttarakhand, at least 46 people have died, while around 11 are still missing due to flooding and rain-related incidents in the state. Meanwhile, Uttarakhand DGP said that the situation in Garhwal is under control and routes have been reopened. Nainital-Kaladhungi road, which was blocked on Tuesday due to heavy rainfall, reopened for traffic today. Union Home Minister Amit Shah will visit Uttarakhand today to take stock of the situation arising out of incessant rains in the state. Stay with TOI for all the latest updates:
