Terrorist, involved in killing of Bihar labourers, shot dead in J&K

Javed Ah Wani was identified as a hybrid type terrorist by IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar. The IGP also said that Wani had assisted terrorist Gulzar, in killing 2 labourers from Bihar in Wanpoh. He was now on a mission to target a shopkeeper, according to Kumar. One pistol, a loaded magazine and a Pakistan grenade have been recovered from Wani's possession, said the police.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter
