'Param Bir Singh is in Belgium, slipped out via Nepal'

Former Mumbai Congress chief Sanjay Nirupam on Saturday said that former Mumbai police commissioner Param Bir Singh is in Belgium. In a tweet on Saturday, Nirupam asked who had given a safe passage to Singh to go to Belgium.
